Autodesk 2007 Product Retirement - Revit Architecture 9,  Autocad 2007 and Architectural Desktop 2007 are going to be retired as of March 16th, 2010.  So if that is the version of the software you own you should look into upgrading now.  If you don't upgrade by that date your software will be ineligible for upgrades and it'll cost you much more to upgrade later.  For more information visit autodesk website by clicking here.

2010 Products are Available! - All of the 2010 products are now available.  If you are interested in getting up to speed fast call us to schedule a lunch webinar and we'll show you how the new features can help you on your projects.

Autocad/ADT/Revit TRAINING

training_computers
Every course we teach is customized specifically for you.
When you send your staff to standard courses, much of the time is spent covering topics that simply don't apply to your needs.  That's a waste of your time and money.

At myCADD, we cover only the features of the program that your staff will use.  Our goal is to help you produce better quality models and documents, and in less time.

Why our training is different:

Learning software isn’t just about picks and clicks.  It’s about understanding how best to apply the software tools to your job.  We pride ourselves in sharing our real world experience of how to best apply CADD and BIM tools to complete specific tasks.  Since we’re design professionals too, we share how we’d do it,  and we also share “what not to do”, so when you’ve finished the training you can confidently start working on your project.

Why our training is better:

  • No Standard Courses.  Courses are designed by selecting a la carte from our list of Workshops.  We don't believe in "beginner" or "advanced" categories.
  • Task-Based Workshops.  Each workshop covers a specific topic in detail, so you learn everything you need to use those tools and features.
  • Output Oriented.  Not only do we teach you the tools, but we show you how to use them to produce your drawings faster.
  • Experienced Design Professionals.  We aren't just "trainers", but design professionals like you.  We have years of experience, and we know how to make the software produce results that work.
  • Timely Sessions.  Workshops allow the sessions to be timely and flexible, so staff spends less time away from projects and can apply what they've learned before they forget it.
  • Cost Effective.  You get more for your money since you're learning exactly what you need to get the job done.
  • On-Site or Remote Training.  We'll use your standards and project data to train users in a familiar environment.
  • On-Site or Remote Support.  We can be available after training to help you apply what you've learned.

Task-Based Workshops

We don't categorize training into levels such as beginner or advanced. Training is about giving people ALL the skills they need. With standardized classes you don't learn everything you need to know to get your job done.

Course sessions are a series of workshops focused on specific tasks.  Workshops vary in length from 30 min. to 2 hours. To create your course, simply choose the workshops you'd like. And if for some reason you don't see a workshop on the topic you'd like, we'll create a new workshop for you!

Delivery Methods

We offer two different methods of training: Hands-on and Lecture Style.

  • Hands-on training is the best way to learn the complex topics as users get to perform every step.
  • Lecture style is great for overviews, upgrade training or workshops like Project Manager workshops.  With lecture style we can typically cover the topics in about 1/2 the time.
