1) Minimize autocad and go windows explorer
2) Copy and renamed desired file
3) Open new file, switch to appropriate layout tab and rename tab if required.
4) From the project navigator, sheet tab, sheet set view - Right click over sheet set name and choose option "Import current layout as sheet".
5) New sheet is now at bottom sheet list. Drag and drop to reorder list.
6) Use right click "Rename and Renumber" function to rename accordingly.
Linking ADT Projects

If your architectural project contains multiple buildings with multiple levels you will need to create multiple architectural desktop projects. You can use the following procedure to create shortcuts to drawings in different ADT projects.
1. Open your project in ADT.
2. Open windows explorer and navigate to file you'd like to link. (Note: This can only be done ONE File at a time.)
3. ALT + Drag and drop drawing from windows explorer to ADT project navigator folder. (You will be prompted to assign the file with appropriate level and division check box)

Problem:
Every time you deactivate/reactivate a viewport a zoom extents is performed.
