Implementation Services

If you simply install the software using "default" options and let staff use it "Out of the Box", you've missed the first opportunity to improve productivity and consistency.   Setting up your software correctly has a huge impact on the overall usability of the software and therefore your productivity.  myCADD has extensive experience with optimizing autocad, architectural dekstop and revit to fit each client's unique needs help our clients by developing detailed implementation plans addressing the items listed below.

InstallationInstallation

There are MANY decisions to be made when installing software, all of which end up affecting how productively you use the tools.  We can help you understand all the options whether installing stand-alone, multi-seat stand-alone, or creating network deployments.

Configuration

Before actually using the software it must be configured to support your standards and workflow.  If you set up the software with "default options" you'll discover the software doesn't quite work the way you expected it to.  Rest assured, the software will do what you want it to, it simply needs to be configured for your standards and projects.

During this step of the implementation process we'll centralize your firm's standards, so that each person in the office is automatically working with and following the standards, instead of inventing their own.  And by setting it up right the first time, you can implement updates for everyone in the office with a few clicks.  It's your choice: work harder or work smarter.

Standards Migration

Configuring your system
Most likely you are upgrading from a previous version of CADD. You have also put in efforts along the way to set up standards and streamline processes.

Those efforts don't have to be lost. We can help you reuse and evolve your standards and procedures and help you become even more productive with your new software.

Project Migration

Unfortunately, project schedules don't lend themselves to software upgrade schedules.  We can help you figure out if you should convert projects, when is the best time to do so and even do the conversions for you.  If you decide to convert your projects, myCADD can be available remotely or on-site to help keep projects moving.
